Effective collections require frequent contact with debtors to encourage positive communications and to overcome the barriers which prevent repayment of debt. Collectors will always deal firmly but fairly with debtors In a professional and ethical manner.

To work in partnership with clients to provide services that maximize accounts receivable management efforts while controlling operating costs.

COLLECTOR TRAINING
Regency Credit L.L.C. realizes that our clients turn to us not only to recover their bad debts, but to deal with their customers on a professional level. The client’s reputation and standing in the community as a provider of good customer service remains intact, as we deal with the time consuming task of handling clients delinquent accounts. To ensure adherence to state and federal collection laws, all of our collectors are tested on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Regency Credit L.L.C. continually monitors changes in the collection industry, and all collectors are updated on a regular basis. When management recognizes a topic or area that would benefit and improve compliance, then employees are schooled in these areas.
